3. Site Photography & Marketing Policy
3.1 Job Assurance Photography
Our team routinely takes site photographs before, during and after project completion for quality control, staff direction and warranty compliance records.
3.2 Marketing & Social Media Usage
We may publish anonymized photographs of our completed painting finishes on our official website, digital marketing campaigns or social media pages. Photos will never reveal client identities, house numbers, street addresses, vehicle license plates or private interior contents. Clients may opt out of marketing photography at any time by notifying us in writing.
4. Information Security & Third-Party Disclosure
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information to third-party marketing brokers. Information is disclosed strictly on a need-to-know basis to trusted operational partners (such as accounting software platforms or paint delivery drivers) operating under strict confidentiality obligations.
